1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CrushFE ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. Your continued use of CrushFE constitutes acceptance of these terms and any future modifications.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Maintain only one account per person
• Keep your registration information up to date

CrushFE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements or that we reasonably believe contain false information.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to practice questions, explanations, flashcards, study materials, AI-generated content, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of CrushFE or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, share, copy, sell, trade, resell, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit for any commercial or non-commercial purpose any portion of the Platform's content without prior written permission from CrushFE.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access or collect content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, servers, or systems
• Sharing, distributing, or publicly posting any Platform content
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account is licensed for use by a single individual only. You may not share your login credentials with others or allow multiple people to access the Platform through a single account. You agree to notify CrushFE immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payments and Refunds

CrushFE offers one-time payment plans with no automatic renewal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms.

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@crushfe.com. Refund requests may be declined if the account shows substantial usage of Platform content (e.g., completing more than 50% of available practice exams or accessing a majority of study materials).

7. Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your account and purchases (e.g., purchase confirmations, password resets, subscription expiry notices). We may also send occasional product updates and study tips. You can unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time using the link provided in each email.

8. Service Availability

CrushFE strives to maintain reliable access to the Platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or portion of the Platform at any time without prior notice or liability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrushFE and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to CrushFE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

CrushFE is an exam preparation tool and does not guarantee that you will pass the FE exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your individual preparation and test-day performance.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform before the changes take effect. Changes required to comply with legal obligations may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
